- Order over $688 and get free delivery of ground floor. Otherwise, $65 will be charged. For doorstep delivery, $250 will be charged.
- Ground floor refers to the free parking location of housing estate or building. We will not be responsible for any parking charges.
- If the delivery location requires stairs to and from the stairs, $50 will be charged per floor.
- There is no delivery service for Lok Ma Chau, Outlying Islands and Lantau Island (except Lake Deasin and Disney Hotel). For delivery to other remote regions, please contact us for inquiries.
- If the delivery location is Rosewood Bay, the arrival time must be before 16:00; If the delivery location is Discovery Bay, a $250 surcharge will be charged.
- The general delivery time is 11:00 – 21:30. If other delivery time is required, an additional fee will be charged. Fees are as follows:

- Customers are required to collect the food at the delivery location within half an hour before or after the arrival time stated in the confirmed order, otherwise the driver will charge an additional waiting fee depending on the situation or have the right to return the food to us. No rebooking, re-production or refund will be made in this regard.
- In the event of a black rainstorm or typhoon No. 8 or above, the order will be automatically postponed and we will contact you to make a new order arrangement. We apologize for the non-refundable food ordered.
- Provided cutlery set by person, extra set will be charged of cost. A set of disposable cutlery for every $100 à la carte.
- Only one set of promotional code can be used for each order, but it can be used in conjunction with the free delivery.
- In case of missing or wrong food, please notify us on the same day so that we can arrange replacement or refund. If you fail to notify on the same day, no compensation will be made. Sorry for any inconveniences caused.
