Ground floor refers to the free parking location of housing estate or building. We will not be responsible for any parking charges.
The pickup location must have a parking lot or parking spaces, as well as an elevator providing direct access to the designated floor; otherwise, a fee will be charged based on the number of floors.
If the delivery location requires stairs, $50 per floor will be charged. Please notify us in advance.
We do not offer delivery service to Lok Ma Chau, the Outlying Islands, or Lantau Island (excluding Tung Chung, Tik Hin Lake, and the Disney Hotel). If you require delivery to other remote areas Region, please contact Contact Usfor inquiries.

Customers must pick up the food at the delivery location within half an hour before or after the arrival time specified in the order confirmation; otherwise, the driver may charge an additional waiting fee depending on the circumstances, or may have the right to return the food to the Company. The Company will not reschedule the delivery, remake the catering, or issue a refund under these circumstances.
In the event of a black rainstorm warning or a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher, orders will be automatically postponed, and we will contact you to make new arrangements. We do not offer refunds for food orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Free disposable cutlery is provided based on the number of people in the set meal; Extra Setis subject to an additional charge. For à la carte orders, one set of disposable cutlery is provided for every $120 spent Include.
Only one set of promotional code can be used for each order, but it can be used in conjunction with the free delivery.
If a meal set requires you to select two or more items, please do not select the same item more than once.
If your order is missing or incorrect, please notify us on the same day so we can arrange for a replacement or refund. If you do not notify us on the same day, we will not be able to provide any compensation. We apologize for any inconvenience.
