- Customers must pick up the food at the delivery location within half an hour before or after the arrival time specified in the order confirmation; otherwise, the driver may charge an additional waiting fee depending on the circumstances, or may have the right to return the food to the Company. The Company will not reschedule the delivery, remake the catering, or issue a refund under these circumstances.
- In the event of a black rainstorm warning or a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher, orders will be automatically postponed, and we will contact you to make new arrangements. We do not offer refunds for food orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Free disposable cutlery is provided based on the number of people in the set meal; Extra Setis subject to an additional charge. For à la carte orders, one set of disposable cutlery is provided for every $120 spent Include.
