  • Order cannot be cancelled or changed once received. No payment will be refunded.
  • Spend $688 or more to get free shippingGround Floor Deliveryservice, otherwise $68 will be charged;Doorstep Delivery$250 will be charged.
  • Ground floor refers to the free parking location of housing estate or building. We will not be responsible for any parking charges.
  • If the delivery location needs to go up and down stairs, there is a $50 charge per floor.
  • Delivery service is not available for Lok Ma Chau, outlying islands and Lantau Island (except Tung Chung, Inspiration Lake and Disney Hotel). If delivery is required to other remote areasRegionpleaseContact UsInquire.
  • If the delivery location is Rosewood Bay, the arrival time must be before 16:00; If the delivery location is Discovery Bay, a $250 surcharge will be charged.
  • Normal delivery times are 10:30 – 21:00, additional delivery times will be subject to a surcharge. The fees are as follows:

Morning Special Delivery

07:00 – 07:30

07:30 – 08:00

08:00 – 08:30

08:30 – 09:00

09:00 – 09:30

09:30 – 10:00

10:00 – 10:30









Night Special Delivery

21:00 – 21:30




  • Customer must pick up the food at the delivery location within half an hour before and after the arrival time specified selected. Otherwise, an additional waiting fee will be charged depending on the situation, or food will be returned. There are not any redelivery & refund. 
  • In case of black rainstorm or typhoon No.8 or above, order will automatically be postponed. We will contact you to make a new order arrangement. There is no refund for the food ordered. Sorry for any inconveniences caused.
  • Free disposable cutlery is provided according to the number of people in the set. For every $120 of a la carte, 1 set of cutlery will be provided. For extra disposable cutlery, please order individually.
  • Only one set of promotional code can be used for each order, but it can be used in conjunction with the free delivery.
  • In case of missing or wrong food, please notify us on the same day so that we can arrange replacement or refund. If you fail to notify on the same day, no compensation will be made. Sorry for any inconveniences caused.
  • Kama Delivery reserves the rights to make the final decision under all circumstances.
