Payment Methods for On-Site Attendance
What on-site payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept online payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Alipay, and WeChat Pay. Other payment methods include bank transfer, PayMe, and FPS (Faster Payment System).
Can I wait until the catering is delivered before paying the full amount?
We apologize, but we do not currently offer cash-on-delivery service. When placing an order for a catering event, we require customers to pay in full to confirm the order.
Catering Order Receipt
Simply log in to your account to place an order. You can download an electronic receipt after completing your order, and we will also provide a paper receipt upon delivery. If you have any special requests regarding receipts, please contact us at Contact Us.
Order Catering
How do I book catering services?
You can place an order directly on the website by filling out the recipient's information, Delivery Address, and Delivery Time. Order Confirmation. After that, the system will send an electronic confirmation to your email address; there is no need to print a receipt.
We need to arrange for delivery to the event on short notice today. Is that possible?
Unlike traditional catering services, Kama’s professional team can prepare your order and deliver it the same day within 3 hours of receiving it. Simply place your order directly on our website. Please note that same-day catering may not be available on certain busy days, such as Christmas.
I'd like to order catering. When is the latest I need to place the order?
To ensure the best dining experience, we recommend:
- Regular Activities: Reserve 24 hours in advance
- Weekend/Holiday Gatherings: We recommend confirming the menu 1–2 days in advance
- Holiday Peak Seasons (Christmas, Lunar New Year, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, etc.): Takeout and catering orders must be placed 6–8 days in advance.
Note: During certain periods, a limited-capacity booking system will be in effect. Once capacity is reached, the system will automatically close the booking channel. We recommend planning ahead.
How do I estimate the amount of catering I'll need?
There are two ways to plan your meals precisely:
- Smart Set Menu Pairing: All menus indicate the recommended number of guests (flexible combinations for 2–100 people)
- Customization Suggestion: Please provide the "number of participants + age group + dietary preferences," and our customer service representative will provide you with a personalized plan.
After ordering catering, can I make changes or cancel the order?
Please contact customer service at least 24 hours in advance to request changes to your order. Due to time-sensitive nature of fresh produce orders ( Products), all orders cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed, and payments are non-refundable.
Catering Dining
Does the catering service provide cutlery?
We will provide cutlery sets for the number of guests corresponding to the catering package selected. For à la carte catering orders, one set of disposable cutlery is provided for every $120 Includespent (excluding Plastic Tong). If you need Extra Set, you can purchase them separately on the Extra Setpage. Please contact our customer service representative when placing your order.
When is the best time to serve this dish at a banquet?
Our company’s catering orders are carefully packaged and delivered in insulated bags to maximize heat retention. Generally, the food will stay warm for about 1 to 1.5 hours. To enjoy the food at its best, we recommend that customers eat it as soon as possible after pickup or delivery to ensure it remains warm and delicious.When booking a catering service, guests should select the most suitable delivery time based on their event schedule. If you choose takeout catering from Pickup, it’s best not to order too early. You can pick up the catering half an hour before serving and arrive at your destination as soon as possible.

Our catering menu lists portion sizes by weight or number of items. If you’re ordering à la carte, please use our set meal portion sizes as a guide when making your selection.
Catering Delivery Details
How do I choose a delivery time slot for catering?
On the checkout page, you can select " Delivery Date" and a delivery time slot. Delivery time slots are in half-hour increments, for example: 7:30–8:00 p.m. Under normal traffic conditions, orders are generally delivered within the specified time slot!
Do you offer free catering delivery?
Spend $688 or more to qualify for free shipping via the " Ground Floor Delivery" service; otherwise, a $68 fee will apply.
Ground Floor DeliveryWhat does that mean?
Free Shipping Ground Floor DeliveryCustomers must pick up their orders themselves at a ground-level location where vehicles can park; drivers generally do not leave their vehicles to assist customers.
Will I be notified on the day of delivery?
The driver will call you 15–20 minutes before delivery to confirm the pickup location with you.
Do you offer door-to-door delivery for catering events?
Doorstep DeliveryIn that case, a flat fee of $250 will be charged.
How many staff members do I need to arrange for my order to be picked up?
We offer delivery in insulated bags with handles, and hot and cold foods are packed separately. For meal sets, please refer to the quantities listed below; generally, one person can pick up 2–3 bags. If you’re unsure about ordering à la carte items, please feel free to contact us.
- Serves 10: 1–2 bags
- Serves 20: 1–2 bags
- Meal for 30 people: 2–3 bags
- Meal for 40 people, 4 bags
- Meal for 50 people: 4–5 bags
- Meal for 100 people: 6–7 bags
Does your company's catering delivery service cover all of Hong Kong?
Our company’s Hong Kong catering delivery service covers Hong Kong, Kowloon, and most of New TerritoriesRegion . Delivery is not available to certain remote areas Regionsuch as Lok Ma Chau, the Outlying Islands, and Lantau Island (excluding Tung Chung, Tik Hin Lake, and the Disney Hotel). How should event catering orders be handled in the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning or a No. 8 Typhoon Signal?
In the event of a black rainstorm warning or a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher, orders will be automatically postponed, and we will contact you to make new arrangements. We do not offer refunds for food orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
After I complete my order on the website, will someone contact me to confirm it?
Once you’ve completed your order on our website, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We do not confirm orders by phone or text message. Please make sure to enter your email address correctly. Some emails may end up in your spam folder, or your security settings may block emails from unknown senders. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.

As an ENFP with a huge appetite, there’s no way I could finish it all!! I recommend bringing a dining buddy and ordering plenty of orange juice… It’s Sichuan-style spicy with a flavor profile typical for Hong Kongers—the first bite isn’t very spicy, so it’s manageable... But the heat really kicks in later—though it’s not so spicy that your butt hurts! There’s seriously a ton of shredded chicken! So much that it took me ages to finish! But miraculously, the beef meatballs and taro shreds were exceptionally delicious. These two are incredibly refreshing and juicy—you have to eat them the moment they’re served to get that perfect crunch. Also, toss the beef slices a bit before eating; it brings out more umami.

Ordering online is convenient and quick—you can take as long as you like to choose what you want. For someone like me who has decision paralysis, it’s great to be able to take my time. However, it would be best if they called to confirm the order—that would make me feel more secure. Overall, the food was delicious—my coworkers couldn’t stop raving about the crab claws and chicken wings. The presentation was beautiful, and everything was neat and clean! I’ll definitely order again if I get the chance!

Due to a miscommunication, we didn’t place an order on another platform as originally planned 😅. We had already decided to switch to hot pot for dinner that day. Later, we saw a post about Kama Delivery on Facebook. After checking it out, we found that they accept same-day orders, so we decided to give it a try.We didn’t place our order until the evening before our meal. We were worried they might not have noticed our order, so we followed up with them that afternoon, and they confirmed the delivery would arrive on time—and it did. Thank you so much! ☺️ There were 10 of us dining, but we ordered the 6–8-person set. The portions were generally sufficient. The puff pastry for the Hydrangea Avocado Spread 🥑 was a bit soggy—I’m not sure if it had been sitting out for a while. I probably won’t order it again. But I have to say, the Mini Cheese Portobello Mushroom Burger🍔 was really good (even though I couldn’t taste the cheese), and I’ll definitely order it again. The other appetizers were also good. Since we were dining at home, we haven’t tried the Pumpkin and Seafood Soup with Golden Noodles yet 😅. I hope there are other dishes available to replace the soup options. Braised Mushroom with Abalone, Fish Maw & Snail—I don’t usually eat seafood, but my family really enjoyed it. I have to give a shout-out to your main dishes~: Braised Pork Knuckles & Fat Choy in Oyster Sauce. That pork knuckle is truly unbeatable. It’s cooked until tender without being greasy or too salty—the flavor is just right. My elderly family member has trouble chewing, but he basically polished off the whole pork knuckle. Steamed Rice with Pine Mushroom & Oyster Sauce in Lotus Leaf—not too greasy or salty, pretty good. Dessert: Sweet Barley & Ginkgo Nut Dessert with Mochi Ballis delicious—not too sweet, with great flavor. But Glutinous Rice Balls with Peanuts & Sesame Seeds’s soybean powder has almost no taste; I personally didn’t care for it. As for the Apple & Pineapple Bread Stuffed with Apple Paste & Pineapple Paste, the bun was a bit chewy. Everyone preferred the pineapple bun—they said it actually tasted like pineapple 😂 What surprised us the most was how they kept the food warm. We didn’t eat until an hour after delivery, but the food was still hot when we opened the box. Plus, both the lucky dish and the main course included plenty of vegetarian options, which was great for our friends who enjoy vegetarian dishes.
